Services Provided
Forsyth Exterminating provides pest control, termite control, rodent and wildlife services, inspections, home services, and related follow-up for residential and commercial customers throughout North Georgia.
Payments and Fees
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and approved payment methods. Past-due balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month, and service may be suspended for non-payment.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property, disclose relevant pest history and any health concerns, and prepare treatment areas as instructed so services can be performed safely and effectively.
Warranties and Guarantees
Covered services include free re-treatment if pests return within the applicable warranty period (typically 30–90 days depending on service type). Pest control results can vary with conditions; specific written agreements govern termite and exclusion warranties.
Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service at issue and excludes indirect or consequential damages and reinfestation originating from conditions outside our control. All products are applied per label requirements and EPA registration.
Cancellations and Refunds
Appointments may be cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and resolved within 7 days.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Forsyth County, Georgia.
Changes to Terms
