Rodent control can be approached in several ways, ranging from strategically placing traps in and around the structure to performing a full rodent exclusion.
A complete rodent exclusion involves identifying and sealing all potential entry points on the property, followed by targeted trapping within the attic and crawl space, when necessary. Because rodents are known carriers of disease, certain situations may also require the physical removal of droppings, along with deodorizing and sanitizing affected areas.
During the exclusion process, our team installs galvanized metal barriers of sufficient thickness to prevent rodents from gnawing their way back into the structure. After the exclusion is completed, we schedule follow-up visits to confirm the issue has been fully resolved. Once verified, all traps are removed, and the property owner is provided with a warranty, renewable annually for a nominal fee. This is the most permanent solution to keeping wildlife out for years to come.
